    We respect and appreciate our employees, and strive to make Reliance a great place to work – by hosting events and festivities that celebrate them, offering professional development opportunities that support their goals, subsidizing nutritious lunches that promote good health, and listening to them at town hall-style gatherings and focus groups.

    We are responsible corporate and global citizens, and do our part by donating time and resources to a variety of charitable organizations, both local and international, that are committed to alleviating hunger, providing disaster relief, supporting people with special needs, helping families facing pediatric cancer, and other vital causes.

  • Environmental Stewardship

    We share your passion for the environment. We believe post-consumer resin (PCR) is a more environmentally-sustainable packaging option with reduced petroleum demand, less plastics in landfills and in the oceans, and for minimizing the carbon footprint. In 2021, we starting moving all of our products to PCR bottles because it fits our goal for sustainability and it just feels good doing the right thing.
